Friday 20 March 2015 is the UN International Day of Happiness

What makes you happy?

Did you know that 87% of people would prefer to live in a society with the greatest happiness rather than the greatest wealth!

But we are bombarded with so many fake and misleading images of happiness in adverts and the media that we often forget what really matters.

It’s time to reclaim happiness and remind the world what happiness really looks like.

Reclaim Happiness

Here are 5 things you can do at work to improve your happiness.

5 things to do at work

To celebrate the Day of Happiness 2015, the united nations are asking people around the world to make positive connections and share their happiness with others.

What is making you happy right now? It might be something you love, a funny moment, an inspiring event.

Join us by sharing your photos #internationaldayofhappiness and show the world what happiness really looks like!

Step 1. Find something that’s making you happy today

Step 2. Capture it on camera

Step 3. Share it with others #internationaldayofhappiness
