The Harvard Business Review recently published an article titled “The Skills Leaders Need at every level”

Each respondent selected the top 4 competencies out of a list of 16. Here are the results:

Each leader is an individual with their own strengths and weaknesses. A great start in establishing an individual leadership development plan is to identify the key competencies that are needed by the organisation and the leader. A training program that focuses on developing these areas can help leaders maximise their potential and apply these skills immediately into their workplace.
